Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–15 business days unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. International Shipping

We ship globally using reliable international courier and logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local regulations. Typically, delivery is completed within 15–30 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Upsense Exports is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

5. Damages During Transit

Upsense Exports takes utmost care in packaging products securely. However, we are not liable for products damaged or lost during international transit. In case of damage, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also notify us at contactus@upsenseexport.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items.

Refund and Return Policy

As an export-oriented business, Upsense Exports does not accept returns for any products once they have been shipped internationally. This policy is due to the complexities of cross-border trade, customs regulations, and product handling. Customers are therefore advised to carefully review product details and confirm orders before purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of international trade, returns are generally not accepted unless:
– The product received is materially different from the order placed.
– The product is defective or damaged upon receipt (subject to proof of damage).

Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

– Perishable goods.

3. Refunds

4. Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped). All return shipments must be sent with proper tracking details shared with us.

5. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Quality Assurance & Inspection Policy

Independent pre-shipment inspections by third-party agencies may also be arranged at the buyer’s request and expense. Once the goods are shipped and leave Indian customs, we are no longer responsible for product handling, storage, or damage caused during international transit.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
